RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
If in the unlikely event a product arrives damaged please contact us at email@example.com. Please email through along with your order number, description of the issue/damage, including any relevant images within 14 days of purchase.
If you suspect a product is not as it should be please also email through to firstname.lastname@example.org with any suspicions. A retained sample of the product will then be tested. Any products not as they should be will be refunded if reported within 14 days of purchase.
NB - Any opened items will not be refunded if reported issues are down to subjective elements, such as taste.
