Pro Peptide

Without a doubt, this is my favourite supplement period! Offseason, pre-contest I just love it year-round.

I do switch my final meal in the last few weeks to a contest from Peptide to egg whites or turkey, but for the most part Pro Peptide is included in both the first & last meals of my day. My favourite flavour has always been vanilla but this prep ive been craving bananas for some reason so I have been using the banana flavour with my oats. I do like to try different flavours now & then such as the Jaffa Orange & Choc/caramel brownie but Vanilla & banana are the main weapons in my pack.

The blended proteins & Low temperature processed Micellar Casein make this, in my opinion the most superior protein blend over all others.

Besides, its been tried & tested by champions for nearly 18 years that’s more than enough proof it’s the best.

Pro Glutamine

this is what I call my safety net. What I mean is due to the support it gives the immune system, I am convinced the reason I don’t suffer from colds or get run down, even during the demands of contest prep, is because I use 20g of L-Glutamine each day. It’s a big part of my recovery regimen & allows me to train & push myself 6 days a week, in addition to cardio. First thing on a morning before cardio, during training, after training & before bed is when I take this amino acid.

Pro Vital

It’s not always the “fashionable” supplements that do the business but the ones who do all the behind the scenes work is how I like to describe this powerful multi-vit/mineral. But, again, like Glutamine, it assists hugely in my recovery & enables me to cover all bases with the specified number of vitamins/minerals essential to hard training athletes. Again, I have taken this product for years & believe its played a large part in my protection against colds & illnesses.

BCAA Burst

This not only tastes great but again I believe is a safety net for my hard training regime. I use BCAA burst first thing on a morning before cardio & again during training. My recovery is extremely high & I put a lot of it down to using products such as this. With a 8:1:1 ratio the high 4g of leucine is very effective in supplying the optimal amount of Amino acids when my body needs them most.
