What is Alpha-GPC?

Alpha-GPC (L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a chemical form of choline naturally found in the brain due to its water-soluble property. Choline is a vital nutrient which aids neurotransmitter synthesis, cell-membrane signalling and lipoprotein transport.
