Filled Easter egg combinations are the way forward and here is how to make one. All you will need is a Easter egg, a selection of your favourite treats of choice, a tub of Pro Dessert and your favourite flavour of our Protein Flapjacks. This is one @scrambled_legs made for us earlier and here is what he used;
- 1 x Cadburys Dairy Milk Easter egg
- 1 x Pack of Cadburys Crème Eggs
- 1 x Kinder Bueno
- 1 x Protein Flapjack (he used Cherry Almond)
- 1 x Pro Dessert Vanilla
Making it is simple, mix 2 servings of Pro Dessert into 300ml of water or whole milk, we of course went for whole milk for this one to make it as rich and creamy as possible. Have your egg cut in half and all your treats unwrapped ready to go, with the flapjack crumbled up in a bowl. Then as soon as you have mixed your Pro Dessert pour it straight into one half of your egg and drop the crumbled up flapjacks in, then decorate at speed with your extras before it sets. Leave the egg I the fridge for 20 minutes until the Pro Dessert has full set then its ready to enjoy. As with all our high carb treats we always use them as a post workout fix when energy demand is at its highest.
