How You Got Into Your Sport/When did you know you wanted to be a .....I got into the bodyfitness training when I was only 16 years old. I saw a picture of Monica Brant in the muscle and fitness and said 'wow! she's hot! I want to look like her!'. 

Benefits of being a.....bodyfitness competitor is that you learn how to be a strong woman, while keeping thing's feminine and sexy. To exude health and to be a lady but with a bit of muscle. Who can argue with that!? Alongside you must be healthy and do all the correct training, nutrition and supplementation. I used CNP Products before I was an ambassador for them. 

How often you train?.....I train 5-6 days a week, a mixture of power walks and weight training. 

Part of training you like best or which exercise?.....I love to train hamstrings and glutes, they're definitely my favourite. Ask my friends!....It always seems that I'm training glutes and hamstrings like guys do chest and arms most days!.

Most common question you get asked.....How did I build my legs up as they were a weakness, now they are much better, still need work but are far better.

What You Love Most About Your Sport.....The discipline it requires to do well, people think that just because they train weight's, do a bit of cardio and think they eat properly, that they are worthy of standing on stage. It requires much more than that, your life gets put on hold and you need to LOOK the best, not just live the lifestyle...it requires much, much more.   

General daily diet with CNP Supplements.....Pro- Vital (blue tablets as recommended) Meal 1- CNP's protein porridge, 3-4 egg whites, Pro-Lean capsules and the remaining Pro-Vital tablets (white and red). BCAA tablets before and after training, BCAA Burst during. Meal 2- X2 scoops caramel brownie Pro-Peptide and a banana, x2 CLA. Meal 3- 130g Brown Rice. 80 grams asparagus tips and 140 grams chicken breast. Meal 4- 80 grams Tender stem Broccoli, 100 grams chicken breast and x2 beetroot. X2 CLA, X 2 Pro-Lean capsules.  Meal 5- 140 grams of Turkey mince and 75 grams broccoli. Meal 6-x2 scoops pro-peptide.    

Favourite Food.....Bread and butter, chocolate, ice cream, peanut butter.....the list goes on!

Favourite Music.....House and Dance music. 

What One Piece of Advice Would You Give or Best You've been given.....Nutrition is key to reaching health and fitness success. Use excellent nutrition and supplementation to fuel your success.   

Most Memorable Moment.....Winning the British Bodyfitness Title in 2009, I also won in 2010, but nothing will ever compare to the first time. 

Interests Away From Your Sport....I love spending time with my family and friends, I always make time for them as the sport is very anti-social. So I love going to the movie's and just doing normal things. Shopping is another favourite of mine!.   

Favourite CNP Product & Flavour.....My favourite CNP product and flavour is the fig and honey protein porridge, alongside the lemon meringue flavour flapjack. Oh and the banana Pro-Peptide, (I couldn't name just one).
