Not too sure to be honest Gumball, think i've just been training heavy and not resting up properly.

Gutted aswell, got upto 42kg dumbells shoulder pressing, next day my arms felt like they were falling off.

I think what im going to do in future, is train hard for 4 weeks, then have one week lighter to rest up. Then rotate like that.

Hope your achilles are repairing well, and chest isnt too bad.

I think my shoulders goosed again mate will probably know tomorrow. Need a session in physio but not ha dthe money, also need to stock up on supps Im on my last bit of whey and badly need the following starting 3rd May:
Vital, Peptide, Flaps, GF, Slams, Recover, MR

Ive been hammering Pro Tect, onstead of one scoop a day, im having 4 :-)
