military press on its own will not be enough, you need to add another exercise. lateral raises is perfect

never heard of sustanon , what is that ?

Stay away mate, you have only been training for just over a year you say.
How old are you btw? If your still young there even more reason to stay off the gear. Your natural test levels will be raging if your young.
Just get your diet right, train as hard as you can (but smart, keep good form etc), and have plenty of rest.
Small and steady gains is what its all about. :-)

sustanon is a mix of 4 different testosterone esters. so it is a steroid.

no one should consider using steroids until they have a few good years of training and diet under their belt.

also, no one should consider using them until they have done a lot of reading up on the subject. there are a lot of boards on the net dedicated to this, and a few good books out there. if this is something you are considering you need to know a lot before making the choice to use them.

im 29 and i never heard of the stuff before and this bloke made it sound good but im not considering it i was just interested in what you guys thought as i only heard from him i will read up on it.
for now im sticking to my new traing plan and diet i feel mbetter already and looking forward to getting in gym monday thanks for help much appreciated.
