Default Advice on using CNP Pro-Recover & Pro-slams

Im an Amateur Boxer and train twice a day (Running or Sprint/Interval training in the morning and Training at the Boxing gym in the evening). I have a very healthy balanced diet eatig mostly protein eating every 3 hours. Ive recently purchased CNP PRO RECOVER and some CNP-PRO SLAMS. Ive been told to take a pro slam immediately before i go running or training and then drink a pro recover shake after training. I usually walk around at a weight of 72-73 and when im boxing i cut down to 67-69kgs. Im wondering if by taking these supplements it will be beneficial for me? im worried it will make me put weight on, is this so? and is this the correct way to take these products?.

An example of my diet/training regime using CNP Products:

I would perform this routine and diet plan every MON,WED,FRI

7:00am

Eat 2 sachets of Quaker oat-so-simple porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk adding a scoop of CNP PRO-PEPTIDE.
Take 1 cod liver oil capsule and 1 multivitamin tablet. Drink a cup of Tea.

9:30am

Immediately drink a CNP PRO-SLAM before going on a 3 mile run.

10:00am

When arriving back from run immediately drink a CNP PRO-RECOVER shake.

12:00pm

Eat a piece of fruit.

13:00pm

Eat a chicken breast sandwich with salad, chillies and tomatoes on wholemeal bread. Along with a piece of fruit.

15:00pm

Eat a handful of Almonds.

16:00pm

Eat chicken breast with a small amount of pasta. Eat a piece of fruit.

19:00pm

Eat a banana.

20:00pm

Immediately before training drink a PRO-SLAM
Training session at Boxing Gym.

21:00pm

Immediately drink a PRO-RECOVER SHAKE after training session.

22:30pm

Eat grilled meat or fish with spinach and mixed veg with small amount of rice.

I WOULD PERFORM THIS ROUTINE ON TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS
7:00am
Eat 2 sachets of Quaker oat-so-simple porridge oats with semi-skimmed milk

9:30am

Immediately drink a CNP PRO-SLAM before going on a Sprint/Interval run.

10:00am

When arriving back from run immediately drink a CNP PRO-RECOVER shake.

12:00pm

Eat a piece of fruit.

13:00pm

Eat a turkey breast sandwich with salad, chillies and tomatoes on wholemeal bread. Along with a piece of fruit.

15:00pm

Eat a handful of Almonds.

16:00pm

Eat turkey breast with a small amount of pasta. Eat a piece of fruit.

18:00pm

Eat a banana

18:30pm

Immediately before training drink a PRO-SLAM
Training session at Boxing Gym.

21:00pm

Immediately drink a PRO-RECOVER SHAKE after training session.

22:30pm

Eat grilled meat or fish with asparagus and mixed veg with small amount of pasta.

I have a rest day on saturday, should i still take the supplements on this day, or only for training?

on sunday i train at the boxing gym from 10am for 3hours.

I spar at the boxing gym every tues, thurs and sunday. (its a longer more stamina workout at the gym on these days)
on mon, wed, fri its a very intense (sprint/tabata) sort of workout. I also perform some very lightweight dumbell exercises for shoulder conditioning 2 days on 1 day off.

kk - Your diet looks good, do not worry you will not put weight on with Pro Recover and Pro Slam, there is only about 400 Kcals if you have both.

Have a look at this previous answer for some good guidance
