Default Pro Creatine E2

I've just got some of this to try out, what are the main benefits of creatine supplements, muscle recovery? and is CNP's version better than some of the generic versions out there?

Thanks,

Mike

As Creatine increases water retention I would say it is highly likely to affect your weight.
