As you know I normally dont touch the stuff, only on special occasions I.E Weekends, Weekday mornings etc

I recon it will be sometime in 2011 now, or maybe even later. As we discussed a while back Im a bit too tall for 70kg weight class, so i'd be aiming for 80's. This means well over a stone of muscle, which as you know doesnt come easy and quick.

Hiya mate.
Im not doing a cut at this time of the year, decided to get some size on, to eat clean and step my training up. So picture wise probably wont be able to see any difference, but i'll shove some up at the end of the 12 weeks.

Stuck to my clean bulking religously, only having one treat meal a week, and had no alcohol since the start of the 12 week challenge.

I know Iron Head Case is doing a 12 week challenge and looks very well at the moment, so in another 6 weeks time should look spot on.

Im going to do this right through the year, eating clean etc, and then upto mid year next year, then see what muscle I have under my fat.

HAHA. Well as you can see from my avatar i'm keeping my weight down :-P

Just been a bit busy at work the past couple of weeks, big changes and covering holidays.

Training is still going ok, not had an ahcoholic beverage yet. Had a bit of a binge out the other Sunday, at my nephews birthday party. Was only a slice or two of pizza, so nothing over the top,

Ok here's a quick update.
Still been eating clean, not had an alcoholic drink as yet.
Feeling strong, nearly every excercise ive improved my lifting on.

Here's a picture, albeit a bit crappy, as it was taking on my phone.

Cheers Pal, been having LOADS of food, but clean.

Here's my diet for the past 12 weeks or so.

1/2 hour Before Breakfast - Creatine E2

8.00am Breakfast - 100g Oats, 10 egg whites, Slice of fat free cheese, Pro Vital

10am Train then Pro Recover

12 noon - 350g Sweet Potato/Normal Potato/4 slices wholemeal bread with 200g Chicken Breast/200g Salmon and Brocolli or Green Beans

2pm - 2 scoops Peptide, 50g Oats, Apple or Banana

4pm - 350g Sweet Potato/Normal Potato/4 slices wholemeal bread with 200g Chicken Breast/200g Salmon and Brocolli or Green Beans

6pm - 350g Sweet Potato/Normal Potato/4 slices wholemeal bread with 200g Chicken Breast/200g Salmon and Brocolli or Green Beans

8pm - MR, 30g Oats, Apple or Banana

10.30pm - 2 Scoops peptide and Creatine E2

Thats Mon-Fri and Sunday, Sat I changed the 8pm Meal into a cheat meal.

I'm still training 4 days a week, but 7 days i've been doing 1/2 hour - 45 mins walking, which seems to have helped.

I got special permission off my boss to eat at my desk, if I worked through my allocated lunch hour, which worked out well. No more running over to the toilets to neck my protein shake.
