Hi Kerry,

Why is the fat stored around the bottom of the belly the last to dissapear when training? Why does it take so long to get rid of?

Thanks

Mark

kk - Its a hormone thing, have you ever notices that women can have fat bellies and a big bum and men can have big bellies and no bum.

At the end of the day, whereever that fat is, it is stored energy for future use if your are deficient in energy.

To me, your body is like a building site and the building materials get delivered and stored for future use where ever the site foreman (your genetic print) decides. Some parts of your body will store more body fat than others, I have seen this a thousand times. An example, I have seen bodybuilders ripped at the front and when they turn round they've got a lot of fat on their back and glutes, they've slowed down their diet as they have looked in the mirror and seen how ripped they look from the front, but if they had carried on dieting the body would have had to get that last building material (body fat) from the other part of the building site (back and glutes).

Carry on dieting and it will come off. If there are any females reading this I have seen situations where you are better off having a bit more fat on your bottom than you would rather have as you can diet that much that you lose all the body fat on your face, arms and boobs before your body will go to your bottom, and you can actually look more unhealthy.
