Hi there im new to the forum, and wanted to let you know of my findings so far of using peptide as my only protein source. Background first: im 30 ive been trainig until a plateau for about 7 months and have Crohn's disease, as such food absorbtion is an issue for me hence the plateau even with 300g protein per day.
The digestive aids and shear quality of peptide gave us the idea of using it solely. I have 10 scoops a day, 2 in morning 2 at night and 1 every concurrent 2 hours in between. Compared to food i have seen a massive improvement!!!!! I started gaining weight within a day or two and my strength increased by about 20% i think because my body was finally recieving what it needed.
This gave me confidence to start dieting on it because i have some fatty issues in a couple places. For the first time dieting has not affected my strength, last time i lost tons. Overall this has been a very good decision for me. As for someone with normal digestive health, i couldnt say, but it cant harm IMO. For those with problems it really helps.
One more benefit is it is cheaper than meat so i save £2.50 a day by using essentially an expensive quality product, making it a cheap option. Thanks CNP for a solution to my diet with a great product.:wink5:
