Hi guys, now Im on the countdown and the serious work is about to begin Im going to be doing 30 mins cardio after each weights session, just walking uphill at a steady pace, question is, would you have the recover before the cardio or after ?? Or does it not really make a difference ??

I'd have BCAAs or gluatmine following the workout, then do the cardio, then have the recover ;)

I think i've had this conversation with Mike in the past, I was wondering the same.
I tried the BCAA's after weights then recover after cardio.
To be honest, I didnt find any difference myself, so have reverted back to just having recover after cardio.
But everyone is different.

I think Ill stick to just having it after the cardio. My hard work starts today. Actually looking forward to it at the min !!

i would have recover right at the end of everything.

i had half pro recover after weight session...did cardio,then other half of pro recover with BCAA.. didnt do me any harm and i lost 3 stone in 4 months..now bulking slowly again..
