Right, as I have been so lazy from January to now its time to start putting the effort in, Ive got another 2 weeks of average training then 3rd May Im starting and going hard right upto the 15th July (Fly out to Magaluf 16th for 4 nights for my 30th with the boys). Im probably not in as bad a shape as I was last January before the 12 week challenge started. But Im not in great shape either a long way to go before I get in the shape I was in when we went to Maga last summer. Im just aiming to gain a little size, tone up a bit and lose as much fat as possible, Im planning to train and eat as follows:

Daily Diet:
7am 2 Scoops Peptide mixed with 100g oats
10am Pro Flapjack
1pm Chicken and Rice
4pm Pro Flapjack and Banana
5pm Pro GF and Pro Slam
630pm Pro Recover
730pm Chicken and Pasta
10pm Pro MR

Monday:
5 mins warm up treadmill, Chest and Tri, 30 mins walk uphill treadmill
Tuesday:
60 mins cardio
Wednesday:
5 mins warm up treadmill, Legs and Bi
Thursday:
60 mins cardio
Friday:
5 mins warm up treadmill, Back and shoulders, 30 mins walk uphill treadmill

Im aiming to do this for the full 11 weeks with maybe a bit of weekend cardio also, and trying to stick to the above diet at weekends too. Wish me luck, Ill post some pics next couple of weeks.

This is what eating junk does to you non stop for 2-3 weeks, fair bit of weight to shift Ive trained quite well this week but along way to go, 12 weeks of hard work ahead.

Long way to go yet mate Im not impressed with myself at the min roll on 13 weeks time so I can pile it back on !!

That was from the end of 6-7 months training last year !! I weighing in around 15 stone 11 at the min, would like to be 16 but less fat, dunno if its gonna be possible in the time scale of 13 weeks but gonna give it a go, was around 15 stone 7 on the decent picture.

Ive done two weeks pretty hard work so far, could have cleaned up my diet a bit more but this is my last weekend of eating any kind of rubbish, as of Monday possibly Tuesday if I dont get to the gym Monday Ill be training hard and eatingcorrectly for 11 weeks non stop. Picking up all my CNP supps tonight for the first month to help me on my way, Ill keep you posted.

i'd just focus on cutting cos your not in bad shape to start with and i you can see that youve already got a lot of muscle . lose the fat and you'll massive

good luck, and add some veg to your diet

Good luck Paige..dont look too bad already..can see your abs so,not too much blubber around midsection..noticed no leg shots..not got sparrows legs have you lol..just kidding matey...good luck with it..

Cheers Benney, yeah I must add some veg your right, I think Ill throw a load in with my evening meal. Also invested in some pro vital. Scottz, only started trainine legs around a year ago and stull hate it to this day, Ill get some leg shots when its over, hard work starts tomorrow Im going to have a final pig out today, the shp is already calling, newspaper and some crisps and chocolate for breakfast !!

Started properly 4th May, even went gym on Sunday morning and did a 10K run, its going well so far mate, Ill get some more pics up say 4th June which is around the half way mark.

Another good week in the gym and dragged myself to the gym this morning to punish myself, 6.5 miles in about an hour not great but its defo helping this Sunday running lark. Who needs beer or women when you got Betta Bodies gym !!

rather you than me running,i hate it..rather walk personally,less stress on your joints..am off to do back and bis now..bleeding tired today,lazy mood lol..

He is in there all the time at night mate. Im not a fan of running yself but I get bored walkign fell like Im doing more when I run. Chest / Tri tonight but no training partner so it may be a struggle, also someone has made a job of messing up the benches Im guessing there were repaired but they dont seem to have been put back together properly.

i was told that running dont do much difference than a good brisk walk,only difference is you will get there quicker running lol..let Kerry know about those dodgy benches of his mate,and ask whats happened too his column-has it bitten the dust now..cheers Paige..

Probably true mate in reality Id rather do an uphill walk steady pace. But I do sweat more when running so I prefer to do that. Ill ask him when I see him mate not been in the gym this week so far or not when I have.

Going well still mate I think, Ill post some more pics one night this week. That will be 4 weeks in, 7 to go come Friday. Ive not had any GF or slams either due to lack of cash and Ive not been having any carbs with my night meal, so my diets not been as ood as it should have ben but doing OK.

Quick update, Im strating to feel quite good now and still got 5 and a half weeks training left, upping my cardio now and going to try and ease off the crap at weekend, not been having much but can do better, still not got my phone back so no more pics yet.

Too right mate not had a beer now for 36 days after today. Going Magaluf in 5 weeks so ill make up for lack of alcohol then, plus Ive got my little boy all weekend as the ex is away so I defo wont be drinking. Oh, and as for updated pics, found out last night that my mobile phone is screwed, they cant repair it as its liquid damage and its not covered and Im lookinmg quite good so far if I say so myself, so no pics Im afraid :o(

Only just joined to the site i was reading through the forums seen yours about transformation, funny enough im going away in 2 weeks tomoro and ive always wanted or always of liked a 6 pac not all year round coz theres no point you cant show it or see it, specialy in winter lol, so 2 weeks ago (wieghing 12st) i had like a body test, testing % of fat in the body etc, and i was talking to one of the gym instructors in the gym and he said to get my abs on show you need to be looking at 9% body fat and lower, my body fat was 14.1% but since then ive changed my diet and trainng programme and i now wiegh 11.7 st im going to stick at it for one more week and go for another test to see if its dropped, personaly i think it has but we'll have to see, ive defently got slimmer which i didnt like because im not the biggest anyway but id just love some abbs for the summer.

btw if i was you id just go to rip up your a big enough already.

Hi Scottz, Ive had a dabble with a few things in the past. No point lying about it. Yep, Im gonna be a real mess in Maga and when Im back Im going on a diet of pies, kebabs, burgers and beer for at least a month !!

2 Pieces Chicken
Tube of Pringles
3 bags McCoys
3 Mars Bars
Huge Galaxy

I feel sick right now but Ill start again tomorrow, just about to have my Pro MR and get myself to bed sulking.

I enjoyed it at the time, feel like a right fatty today, gonna batter the gym now for 5 weeks including cardio and weekends.

Another 2 weeks training done, right now I think Im probably in the best shape I have ever been or not far off it, two more weeks of training to go. Gutted I have no camera to post the pics up.

Ive got a camera and have been training hard the last two weeks but my diet went totally to pot. The joys of spending time with a woman. Too many take aways weekends and even let myself go a couple of nights in the week. Bad times, nut Im still looking OK and off to Magaluf Friday morning 655am !! Time to pile on the pounds !!

Could have shed a few more pounds I think mate but Im happyish. Hard work will begin again mid August I think.

Yeah I did legs mate, my calves have always been shocking but mt quads and hams are quite decent at the min, still alot to do on legs as I didnt train them for years.

Just a quick update, my last day in the gym was 14th July, I went away 16th and was intending to start back 26th. Im now at the end of week 4 since I should have been back, still eating crap all day every day, busy as hell at work as Im now on my own from a department of 4. So Ive been pretty much working 730-1830 every day and just not had the time or energy to go gym, hopefully we will have a new started over the next 4 weeks and Ill be able to hit it hard again through to going away end of November. Right now I feel like Mr Blobby and have been pretty much living off pies, crisps, chocolate, kebabs, chips, onion rings, chicken fried rice and chicken curry. Have to admit I wish I could eat like this forever !!

Haha I do actually want to go but Im not getting out of work til like 630pm and 3 nights a week I have my little lad so cant go gym and roll up at 830pm when he has to be in bed for 9. Hoping to be back in 2 weeks latest if I can still fit through the doors !!
