He is 25 stone and wants to shift his body fat, so he has asked me to get him a training regeim and a diet plan, but I wouldent know what diet or training plan to give someone of his weight. Any suggestions?. He is 26 and has a high BF percentage. He trains three to four times a week but is willing to do more.

kk - Without knowing all of your friends details, I'm going to guess that it is hard for him to exercise, in my experience people that are overweight cannot do any impact exercises such as running for obvious reasons and even if they could, they could only last for 5 minutes and would be finished therefore only burning a few kcalories (units of energy). Walking burns less kcalories than running, but most unfit people can walk for a lot longer than running therefore burning more kcalories overall.
Nutrition comes in macro (proteins, fats and carbs) and micro (vitamins, minerals, fibre, water) nutrients. A lot of people do not pay enough attention to micro nutrients as these are responsible for all the metabolic functions in the body. The government tell us 5 fruit and veg a day, but that is for a sedate human being, an athlete or a 25 stone man obviously needs more. If he is not getting these it is like, not having a key to switch the ingition of his metabolism on.
My advice to your friend is to eat as much veg and a small amount of fruit as possible, drink loads of water, only eat clean proteins and limited carbohydrates (you can find out about all this on my website)
Do this small and often, and if he want a fat loss plan have a look here http://www.cnpprofessional.co.uk/images/98175%20cnp%20fat%20loss%20flyer.pdf?
