kk - HI mate,

Thanks for coming to the seminar and I'm glad you got something out of it, firstly let me tell you the values that you are missing.

100g Pasta - Kcals 342 Protein 12 Carbs 73 Fat 2
Banana (average 150 grams) Kcals 81 Protein 1 Carbs 20 Fat Trace

This means the value of your nutrition is for the day:-
Kcals 3245 Protein 294 Carbs 378 Fat 67

You say that you are starting a diet for 10 weeks before you go away for the summer so I am guessing you want to drop body fat, the IMPORTANT thing is that you get enough nutrients in a lower Kcal environment as I am presuming you wish to lose body fat. The 294 grams of protein, bang on. The 378 carbs and 67 fat, also bang on but try and lower your Kcals, not nutrients. You can do that by changing your sweet chilli chicken and southern fried chicken to plain chicken breasts.

I am being very picky now, you could change the Pro Peptide to Pro MR before you go to bed, remember what I said about a small amount of carbohydrates being protein sparing meaning the protein can be used as protein and your body will not use a small amount of it for sugars if it is low on blood sugar.

Ok mate cheers sounds good to me, would you just have one chicken breast for dinner and evening meal ?? I really need to stop being lazy and prepping meals at home would save me a fortune. And the food is probably better than processed stuff. Do you know the rough nutrition in a single chicken breast ??

kk - Yes you need to prep at night mate, it is cheaper and you are going to get better food. You must be in control of your diet.

An average chicken breast is anywhere between 150grams to 200grams and will contain about 40 grams of protein, no carbs, about 3 grams of fat and just under 200Kcals.
