kk - The way I see it, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, fibre and water are all support nutrients for protein, carbs and fats. If you eat plenty of fruit and veg you should be getting enough vitamins and minerals but in reality, most people dont, the government say we need 5 fruit and veg a day, if you are a hard training athlete, and are making hard demands on your body, I would argue that you need 10. if we have 2 oily fish a week then we should be getting enough omega's, in reality as we are hard training athletes again I would argue that you need at least 4. If you are not getting all of the above then you need to supplement plus if you are trying to lose body fat as well, you may not be able to afford the kcalories in food (especially in the fish) so again you have to supplement to get the nutrients but in a low kcalorie environment.

If the above is the case, then you would need 1 tub of Pro Vital and 1 or 2 tubs of Pro Lipid.

As muscle is protein then common sense says the more quality the protein you consume the better it is going to be at repairing or building muscle, I look at is as when you buy protein (providing you train and rest properly) you are actually buying muscle. You need 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight but that 1.5 grams has to be quality protein otherwise you wont end up with enough grams and quality for your body to repair or build to the best of its ability.

If I had £100 to spend and I was eating enough fruit and veg, and was eating enough oily fish, I would spend it all on protein, Peptide or MR.

I have the exact same problem. Normally per month i require 3 boxes PRO MR AND 2 PRO Recovers. This comes to about £200 a month with my gym fee chucked in on that. However i can no longer spend that amount due the cost of living has hit the roof lately.

I have been throwing together different combinations to see what is most cost effective. I have come up using the large PRO Peptide with 2 PRO recovers which is £91 add my gym fee on that and it comes to about £140 a month. I have had to take 4 months off from training and i am going back today. My first goal is to lose body fat but over the course of a month PRO MR is too exspensive. Not because of the price but because 2 per day and only provides 10 days worth of supplements, which means 3 boxes over a month at £32 per box is a lot. Add in 2 PRO Recovers it becomes an exspensive hobby

I am still looking and calculating cheaper alternatives to lose body fat and to gain muscle but it is so hard to find the right stuff for my needs.

Maybe CNP and throw together some new stacks that are more economical? Just a suggestion.

Yeh i agree kerry, u got a 94 pound stack which looks great but i dont want pro mass i want pro peptide, next stack is 270 odd quid lol. summat in between covering all angles would be amazing!!!

Yeah that would be a good stack. The pro mass and pro recover stack is ideal in price but not the right combo if the first goal is to lose body fat. Pro peptide and 2 pro recovers would be an ideal stack i think.

why 2 pro recovers? One should last a whole month (training 4 days a week)

I bought 10 pounds of Pro-Peptide (Vanilla Flavor) for $118.28 (US). I am going to supplement this with my regular meals.

The 10 pound bag has 70 servings with 45 gr protein/ 6 gr carbs per serving

This is just going to cost me $1.69 per serving.

Tell me where am I going to get better nutrition at this cost? : )

If I take Pro-Peptide 3 to 4 times daily, it would last me about maybe 17-23 days. So roughly the cost if I take it 3 times a day will be only $5.07 (US) per day!

Tell me how can I get better nutrion than this at this cost? No where but CNP!

Sure, I can go a a McDonald's and buy a value meal for a little over this price but I am not going to get the same nutrition as a one Pro-Peptide shake not to mention all the unneeded carbs and fat.

CNP is the bet value and nutrition for my money!!

Thank you, Kerry...thank you CNP!!

I am not denying that the price is low compared to a lot of other products out on the market. This is just to suggest a stack at cost with reducing body fat in mind. The current body fat stack is a lot of money for someone on a budget. This is conctrative critisem that's all. You also have to remember that the £ is stronger than the $ so it will cost a little bit more here in the U.K compared to how much you can buy it for.

I train 5 times a week dude. 1 recover does not cover the whole month for me.

Brother Nicki.... check out out the member's photos section and take a look at my before and after pic. (Jerry Morales)

I was taking 3 Pro MR shakes a day and I lost a lot of bodyfat! This was pretty much the only CNP product that I could afford and budget myself on...and let me tell you...it works...

Pro MR was the staple for my nutrition program!

I can understand what you mean about being on a budget. I am on a budget as well. This is why I bought the 10 pounds of Pro-Peptide.... to help save me money and to lose bodyfat and gain muscle.

When I get enough money, I am going to try other products from CNP but for now I am going to use Pro-Peptide because Pro MR worked for me. Pro MR is actually Pro-Peptide without the added vitamins and carbs...

I agree. Pro MR is a quality product and it slimmed me down as well. I am just looking for way to cut costs. Pro MR would be my first choice for a supplement but i will require 3 boxes a month. With Pro recover on top of that it comes to £120 roughly for the month. Then i have to put my gym cost on that, ok nothing anyone can do about that here. But it has prompted me to try and find a more economical supplement stack to bring the price down a little.

I am just simply trying to find the best way around that.

No mate I haven't tried that yet. Looks like a good product but I can't really afford any more supps at the mo.

I normally just stick with the Pro-Peptide and Pro-Recover. As the E2 was on offer I had to go for that. BOGOF can't beat it mate.

John.

I buy two Pro-Peptides for £79.99.

One bag will last me about 1 month.

The Pro-Recover I will be buying the 5KG £57.99 and that will last me just over 5 months.

The small tub of Recover lasts me 5 weeks mate.
