kk - Your question could not have been timed any better, I have stood next to me Phil Connolly (The Gifted One) and one of my greatest strengths is having people around me that are far cleverer than I am so am actually going to stand up now and let Phil sit down and answer.
PC - The problem with GABA supplementation is that high doses of GABA have been linked to seizures, neurological tremours etc. The body will convert Glutamine into GABA as necessary. Several years ago people were saying that Glutamine supplementation would lead to neurological problems. These problems were due to glutamine being converted to GABA. There is no scientific evidence that high doses of glutamine will result in neurological problems because the body will only convert to GABA as GABA is required. Scientific evidence shows that glutamine supplementation will result in higher HGH levels (and also higher testosterone levels) equal to GABA supplementation therefore you should just go the safe way and supplement with glutamine.
Thanks for you kind words about our products, you get about 5 grams of Glutamine in our Pro MR or Pro Peptide.
