Hello Mr. Kayes,

I read the articles about CNP protein on your site and was shocked to learn that only CNP offers truly undenatured, skim milk derived whey. I always assumed that the whey isolates sold in the US (i.e. Glanbia CFM whey isolate) were undenatured and derived from skim milk; however, if I read correctly, even Glanbia proteins are from cheese processing- and thus denatured.

My question for you: Is it possible to purchase an undenatured, skim milk derived whey isolate in the US (apart from what is offered in your blends)? I know that VPX offers a Zero Carb whey isolate that claims to be undenatured and skim milk derived- and a supplement store owner here told me that VPX buys this product from CNP. Is this true? If not, I would appreciate it if CNP would offer a stand alone whey isolate product for the US market.

I thank you and CNP for going the "extra mile" and offering truly bioactive protein- and I look forward to your response. I wish you would post sometime on the forums at www.bodybuilding.com and maybe offer some samples to folks there.

kk - CNP (uk) and (usa) manufacture their products in Los Angeles at a protein plant that is owned by my USA partner John Ernster and Phil Connolly (The Gifted One!) is the head of R&D there. The factory also blends powders for other companies including Weider and other well known brands, they did manufacture for VPX at one time but never offered VPX or any other company the undenatured protein in the CNP line.

I don't know whether Jack (owner of VPX) or some of VPX's employees are saying that their protein is the same as CNP and is made at the factory but it is not true, in fact the factory has not formulated for VPX for about 6 years.

To the best of my knowledge and I totally believe this to be true, there is no other company that offers truly undenatured proteins except CNP and as our proteins are the very best that you can possibly buy we have also gone to the trouble of blending them so that your body has a steady stream of amino acids, if you take whey isolate on it's own, anything above about 20 grams (40% of anything above this) will be oxidised by the liver and not used.
