without sitting on the fence,
who and why? will win the big prize this year.
also which bodybuilder do you want to win and why?

kk - I think the sport is going in 2 directions as opposed to the one direction that it has been going for the last 15 years ie. mass monsters with some of the faults that 280lb+ bodybuilders have. There is a positive and negative in everything, the positive is as big and as hard as possible and lets face it, that s what bodybuilding is, or is it? Have we forgotten about symetry, the negative of the recent Mr O's, Ronnie and Jay (especially the last few years Ronnie won) is that their symetry has not been 100%, then you look at Phil Heath's and Dexter Jackson's, they havent got the mass but their symetry is 100%.

Being big headed I've seen most of them with my own eyes, in the last 20 years I've been to 18 Mr O's, some of you will have only read that the Mr O used to be in different states (sometimes different countries) and I personally believe that Phil Heath (a little bit bigger than Dexter) is a real threat.

Having said that, you have always got to knock the champ out and whether the judges believe Phil's got that, we'll see. There is always the factor of who gets it right on the day but I believe a 100% Phil Heath will beat a 100% Jay Cutler.

Some of you might not know this but Jay Cutler has taken Phil Heath under his wing (that says a lot for Jay) and Phil was recently in Manchester with me and he and Jay were constantly texting each other.

Very interesting. I'm a fan of both Cutler and Heath.

But I must say, Dexter gets it spot-on each year. Of course, i'm no judge, but conditioning/symmetry wise, he is one of the best their is. I'd like to see Dexter take the trophy if Cutler is not 100%.

Then again, Wolf is probably going to look ridiculous this year

and i must agree with him about the wolf[no one would have been surprised if hed won]
can the wolf keep growing?
as for jay.he is huge-but so his his waist line.i think jay and martinez look huge but soft.

kk - I cant believe I never considered Wolf in my analysis. I spoke to Phil Heath about Dennis Wolf, we were both quite drunk (press club 3.30am) and Phil was very honest, he believes he can beat Wolf (so do I) but, yes Wolf has got to be up there.
