Kizzy's plans for 2010

"My diet kicked in on the 1st January as I got confirmation of my invite to the Arnold classic on the 5th March. So that is my first venture of 2010. After that I have a guest spot at Warrington for Kerry on the 21st March. I will also be on the cnp stand at the body power expo in Birmingham on the 22nd & 23rd of May This will give me a chance to promote CNP's fantastic products and to take part in one of Britains biggest sport fitness promoting events.
As if that is'nt enough, I will be getting my head down and getting prepared for the Olympia in September. Hopefully by doing the Arnold I will have learned whats required of me in order to get a reasonable placing.
I would like to enter the fort Lauderdale cup again which usually takes place two weeks after the 'O', but I will have to see how finance's go first. This is to support the show as it is an all ladies event and the promoters and contestants where so supportive of me there last year.
I am going to take it from here as to what else happens. If anyone contacts Kerry over my doing any more guest spots for CNP then I am more than glad to do them as promoting CNP products is my priority but also to promote the sport of fitness is up there too."

Sounds like its going to be a busy year!! The Arnolds and The Olympia will be an amazing experience, make sure you get get lots of pics along the way.
