Howdy people.
I know last years transformation challenge with a few members off CNP was quite a success, and I would be very interested in doing another one starting January.
Usual story, 12 week challenge, start date in January, end date obviously 12 weeks later.
Take a picture on the 3rd January, with date proof, then the final picture of your transformation with another proof of date.
Colin could you please see if this is OK and firm up the rules etc?

Ok guys, I'm up for us doing this, and I'll be taking part also.
Simple Rules
Take a picture in first week of Jan 2010 of yourself, preferably holding a newspaper.
Train hard for 12 weeks. (using CNP products obviously :-)
Take a second similiar posed picture week ending 28 March 2010 with that days newspaper.
Email all pictures to me gallery@cnpprofessional.co.uk and I'll put them up at the beginning and end, obviously if you don't want them up until the end of the challenge then don't send them to me until the end.
Record your training and diet progress, starting weight and general comments in this thread as we go along.
Should make for a lively section.
In the week after the challenge, we'll have a poll on here where we can all vote for who had the best transformation, and I'll try and sort a small CNP prize for the winner.
Although I'll be playing along, I won't be eligible for the prize but will obviously win anyway! haha:nopity:

I'll be up for this, Started boxing again a few weeks ago so will be interesting to see how my body changes with more cardio and less weights training.
