hi kerry ,
is it ok to do cardio and plyometrics in the same session and for that session to last about 1 and a half hours ?
i know that a training session should not last for more than 1 hour but i simply cannot fit cardio in the morning and plyometrics in the night into my dailly schedule. i have to do them together
im doing about 45 mins of intense shuttle runs and also about 30 -45mins plyometrics . this is twice a week every tue and thurs
if it is ok which one should i do first ? should i do the plyometrics followed by the cardio or should i do the cardio and then the plyometrcis ?
im presuming you have some advice on this with you training ricky hatton and having to fit an awful lot of training into a daily shedule ?
thanks
