hi kerry ,

is it ok to do cardio and plyometrics in the same session and for that session to last about 1 and a half hours ?

i know that a training session should not last for more than 1 hour but i simply cannot fit cardio in the morning and plyometrics in the night into my dailly schedule. i have to do them together

im doing about 45 mins of intense shuttle runs and also about 30 -45mins plyometrics . this is twice a week every tue and thurs

if it is ok which one should i do first ? should i do the plyometrics followed by the cardio or should i do the cardio and then the plyometrcis ?

im presuming you have some advice on this with you training ricky hatton and having to fit an awful lot of training into a daily shedule ?

thanks

kk - Yes it is, as long as you've got enough energy (fitness) and you have carbed up properly. If you find it too much, why don't you alternate them. You'll probably find that you would advance better.
