hi guys
what are everyones thought on using chicken legs and thighs rather than breast
my reason of wanting to do this would be that i prefer eating this but was worried that it would be much higher in fat and not as good choice as breast which i struggle to get down

hi mate...i use both a lot myself..protein wise,there isnt a great difference between them and chicken breast..breast is best for lower fat and higher protein content,but its minimal..just dont eat the skin on the chicken as thats the fattiest part..cant see much else apart from the price of breast will cost you more..

Yeah I agree with Scottz mate, I also usually cook the chicken with no skin on just to be sure.

thanks for this guys ill cook them skinless, glad these are a good option as better value and more flavour
