kk - I've not spoken to Ian Harrison for a few years, he left bodybuilding to go into wrestling and I believe he is now got and is the captain of a boat in Florida where he does fishing trips so I am guessing his diet is fish! :-)

I was close to Dorian from him being an amateur to 3 or 4 years after he retired, when we went our separate ways, I retained CNP and Dorian started his own company which went bankrupt so I really don't want to comment.
