i know it says 2xscoops of recover after training,
would it be any better using 3-4scoops esp for bigger athletes,
some bodybuilders swear by 100g 0f carbs pwo,

kk - Most bodybuilders think more is better so there will always be someone out there who thinks doubling the dose is more effective but I'm sorry, they are wrong. 50grams of simple sugars after a workout is plenty.
Normal blood sugar levels are approximately 4-7 millimoles, if you ran a marathon then the chances are your blood sugar levels would be 1 or less millimoles, then there is an argument to take 100 grams of sugars but most bodybuilders, especially with short intense training and the fact that they are adequately carbed up before workout will never low enough to need more than 50 grams.
CNP designed the dosages of Pro Recover to maximise optimum recovery, if 2 athletes were 2 or 3 stone different in bodyweight, there is an argument that the dosages should be different but how do we know what their blood sugar levels are after the workout? So, 50 grams is what CNP recommend.
