kk - Peptide bonded glutamine is better than L Glutamine and that is why you get 5 grams of Glutamine from Peptide bonded glutamine in each serving of Pro MR and Pro Peptide. Scott Wright was getting his glutamine from Pro Peptide and Pro MR.

If you sell peptide bonded glutamine on it's own, for every 100 gram tub you sell, the customer would only be getting 33 grams (30%) of glutamine so we feel it is better to sell L-Glutamine and every 100 grams you get, you will get 100 grams of glutamine but we explain the difficulties in absorption of L Glutamine and say it should be taken on an empty stomach.

Why is it, everybody from South America is obsessed with glutamine?
I just wondered as I've answer every question which way and how about glutamine.
