Hello Kerry
I saw an author recommend post workout glutamine so 10mins later protein shake so 10mins later creatine more carbs.......
why does he recommend wait 10mins?

kk - Like many questions, the biggest mistake a lot of people make is that they think they've got to take supplements/nutrients at a precise time and precise dose. This is not true, recommendations are rough guidelines. The best way to do it is to try a couple of different ways yourself, monitor yourself, see if you weight gain or lose, see if you get a better pump or workout, see if you get stronger or weaker and go with what works for you.
