kk - Your diet looks ok and obviously at the age of 21 I'm guessing you have to compromise financially. To answer your question fully I have to know what your goal is, is it to gain muscle and are you gaining muscle, if you are, then its not broken so don't fix it. If you are not gaining but maintaining then you are on maintenance kcalories, you have to increase these. If your goal is to lose weight, keep the protein the same and cut back on the carbs.
Overall, it looks a nice clean diet.

Thanks kerry, some postive feedback from my diet.
My overal goal is to keep gaining muscle, i am putting muscle on and my strength is increasing so shall i keep things the same?
I do have one or 2 cheat meals in the week, like pizza or something like that, is that ok just to keep sane lol?
Lastley should i put in Pro mass to my diet?

kk - You say you putting muscle on and your strength is increasing, this is an indication that what you are doing is working.
Dont worry about the cheat meals as long as does not affect your body fat too much, you are only 21, your metabolism (metabolic rate) should cope with these easily.
As you are gaining muscle, you don't need Pro Mass, save that for when things stop.
