Hi Kerry,
I am currently 4 months pregnant with my first child and after it is born as soon as I can I would like to get back into my exercise routine. Although it is early days yet, once I start training I am considering using some of your weight loss supplements, could you tell me if your products are suitable for women who are breast feeding?

Do you also have any advise on training for women post pregnancy?

Thanks
T

kk - First of all, try not to let yourself go while pregnant, a lot of pregnant ladies think, I've lost my figure because of the pregnancy so I might as well eat what I want but that will put extra body fat on top of your lump plus the other places that the body fat will settle.

I would also suggest rubbing your lump at least twice a day with a good vitamin E cream. This can help reduce the stretch marks that you may get.

Our Pro MS and Pro CLA would be good supplements.

You can read about Pro MS here

The best advice I can give you is brisk walking, trust me, you be only be able to train/run for a limited amount of time as you are unfit but you can walk for quite a long time, burning more kcals overall. It is a non impact, non skill exercise that is great for burning overall body fat. Push the pram, take the dog for a walk.
