kk - I cant understand it, your email address is from Brazil and every time anybody emails me or goes on this questions and answers from Brazil, they only ever ask about drugs. I am not going to answer questions on drugs on this or any other forum.

Give it up mate, you're going to have to do your own research.

I'm no pro, but I suggest reaching your genetic potential before you think about the next step.

I guess there's plenty of websites out there that will help you, Google is your friend.

just look up the old adverts from 5 or so years ago for creatine with dextrose from various mfrs. they all claimed to have the exact amount to cause a glucose spike.

if i remember correctly it was (on average) 90gms for the insulin spike [8-|] (muscletech ads were all over the place taking up 4 or more pages in the main bb magazines Indifferent- I was abroad at the time and used to get mainly the american editions where the ads were disguised as "muscle research" articles)

I was talking to Prof. Paul Greenhaff a while ago about it, I posted the notes from that conversation.

Equiv of a bottle of normal lucozade is a good guide.

I take it you mean the 380ml and not the 1ltr? in which case that would equate to 17.2gms of carbs (13.8gms of sugars)?

Seems low but then I'm no nutritionist (and if Mr Greenhaff says it's the way to go then no argument)
