Kerry,
With each product on the market today they come with directions of use, i.e so many tablets, grams of powder a day...but I was wondering if these amounts should be altered in relation to bodyweight, height etc...
I am 6ft6, 250 lb supplementing with Creatine and Protein at moment. I am not looking to add mass due to my weight but would like to turn the mass into lean muscle. I have used Pro GF and Pro Aminos in the past and looking to go back onto them in next few weeks so I would like to get yours, or anyone elses, ideas and thoughts on this subject.
Thankyou very much for taking your time to answer this thread

kk - You are a bigger man and you do need more than most, CNP products are designed be athlete for athletes which means the dosages are higher than some of the high street brands. Due to your size, I would take 25grams of creatine a day, to be honest, I think you are wasting your money taking the aminos only as all they are are complete protein. you would be better spending your money on Pro Peptide or Pro-MR which would give you a better protein return per £ of money you spend. Always aim for about 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight, (3.3 per kilo). This way as the muscles get bigger, they will get the extra protein they require. Cut your carbs down to suit your body fat and have oily fish at least 2 or 3 times a week. If you dont like oily fish, use our Pro Lipid as essential fatty acids are very important along with vitamins and minerals of course that you can get from Pro Vital. These micronutrients will support all the chemical reactions such as metabolising all the proteins and carbs in your body.

I'm lucky, by brother in law is a fish supplier. We have a side of salmon a week! Beautiful. We try to eat as much oily fish as possible and I'm sure its great for the kids.

Ok thanks for your prompt response Kerry, I do try to eat a can of 2 tins of tuna and a 3 cans of mackerel a week. Will try upping the creatine and report back, Been taking Pro Desert which is delicious so will invest in some Pro Pep aswell.
thanks again

Sorry one thing i need clearing up from your reply. You say take 25grams of creatine a day or do you mean 2.5 g, 25g seems a hell of a lot seeing as a daily serving of Pro CEE provides 4g (4000mg)
Please can you clear this up
Many thanks again

Hi, as kerry isn't on the board at the mo I can answer that.
You don't need as much CEE as mono mate as the body uses it better. But I must admit 25grams does seem like a lot, but you are a big guy by the sounds of things so thats why I guess.

kk - I was in London yesterday and while driving on my hands free (big head) Colin from the office read me your post and i verbally answered it.
I thought he said you were thinking of going on Creatine monohydrate and I thought I said load with 25 grams which if you are going on creatine monohydrate I still think you should then drop to 5-10 grams but as the other post suggests, creatine ethyl ester is far better.
