Iam a bodybuilder(2 place mr.universe)...can you help my doubt here or to my email hardcoregerson@yahoo.com.br

pre and post workout:how much protein and carbs per kilo you advice with my shakes?

and how much percents of protei and carbs should I increase in my shakes pre and post workout when I use gears??

kk - You need 1.5 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight (3.3 per kilo).
