Hi kerry, My trainer thinks it would be a good idea if i fought at 135lbs im currently 147lbs...& about 8-9% bodyfat?

My trainer has told me to cut back on carbs?... is this the correct way to achieve my goal?

My current Diet is as follows:

Breakfast: Porridge with Water & Pro MR

Run 6 miles: ( Pro-Recover after training)

Lunch: Either: A chicken breast, baked potato and veg
A Salmon steak, pasta and veg
A grilled piece of white cod, rice and veg
2 boiled or scrambled eggs on 2 pieces of brown toast

Dinner: same as lunch

Boxing: ( Pro-Recover after training)

Last meal: Pro-MR

Bed.

kk - Your diet is very good for a boxer, but if you need to cut carbs a little bit, I suggest at lunch and dinner, you reduce it by half a baked potato or 25% less pasta or rice, or just 1 brown toast. There is some information on boxers diets on our website here
