What do you think of this Kerry? Is it enough total sets would you say/ My goal is to get bigger.

I forgot to say that I mainly do pull ups now instead of pull downs as I feel they give me a better over all workout on back day.

I have done flys in the past but they don't seem to give me the same growth as the pressers, so that why I am concentrating on compounds.

I want to bring up my upper chest too so do you think I should do more sets on incline or is 4 enough?

I find DB better than the bar as well. Which other exercises for chest do you recommed Kerry?

kk - Always use dumbells if you can but you need 2 good training partners especially if you go heavy. Just alter the incline of the bench.
