Hi Kerry
A day in the life of KK must be hectic with all the forums , Rickys up and coming fight the Gym and so on etc etc . Do you take any CNP supp`s like Pro-Vital ?
The reason I ask is I`m almost 39 work 12hour shifts nights and days lead a hectic life style kids and wife . I have set myself targets for when Im 40 just healthy and a well balanced body . Also to set an example to my kids that diet and exercise is important (hate the word diet as its not a diet its just eating a well balanced ..well diet )
My diet is not 100% but its a lot better than it was I take Pro Pep on days I train with my poridige which I pop into your gym and pick up when needed .
As time is passing me by fast I am considering taking Pro-Vital to help boost my vitamin intake due to the shift work ( it as a knock on effect where I get run down easy with my age as well ) and then lack the motivation to hit the gym also a meal replacement which I am unsure about either Pro-Bar or Pro-MR for when Im on nights to stop me having canteen food and would be easier to prepare in my lunchbox for work
So cut to the chase Pro Bar or Pro MR which would you use KK in your busy day and do you think the Pro - Vital will be a benifit to a normal average gym goer ?
Thanks in advance for your reply

kk - Sometimes I sit back at night and cant believe how much I have crammed in a day. I use a lot of CNP (honestly) as I have never got time. A normal day for me would be
Out of bed 6.30 - 4 caspules Pro CLA
Half an hour aerobics - I have a small gym in my house
Pro Vital AM and 5 Pro Lipid with a Pro MR
Go to Bettabodies about 8am and do my weight training, I train very lightly these day due a lot of mechanical injuries. About 8.30 I train a lad called Scott Wright who used to be on Coronation Street, his charatcer was Sam, he is doing a TV programme on bodybuilding. He's going to guest pose at our NorthWest on May 25th, I will have been training him for about 12 weeks by then. He will have gone from fat to hopefully a bodybuilding condition. Keep an eye out and I will let you know when the programme is being aired.
9.00 - 9.30 I go to CNP (11.00 I have another Pro MR) until about 12.30 then back to Bettabodies to train Ricky Hatton and other boxers.
I'll have a clean meal at maybe 3pm at the gym and then back to CNP until 5.30pm. Then I go back to Bettabodies until around 7.00pm. When I get home I will have another clean meal and the rest of my Pro Vital and Pro Lipid.
Lots of Rickys family and friends who dont train take Pro Vital and they can tell the difference, remember government guidelines tell us to eat 5 fruit and veg a day, if we need that, then I would argue a hard working person or someone who trains needs more. The Pro Vital is the insurance policy.

Thanks but I'll be honest with you, if for whatever reason I don't train first thing in the morning, I always go "ill do it this afternoon" but it never gets done so anyone who is busy, get up first thing in the morning and get your own personal training work done first.

Ta for your reply KK
Thats more than a 12 hr shift 5 days a week I presume slackening of to 6 hrs at weekends I imagine .
Sounds like you going to need a holiday soon lol , maybe after the Ricky fight kick back and put your feet up . Mechanical injuries made me smile .
You sold the idea Im going to ring the gym thursday and see if they have Pro vital behind the counter and call in need some more pro pep anyhow ( daughters 18th end of April so it should keep me going at the gym so I look good and peps say wow your dads so young lol )
Looking foreward to the TV programe as I dont think that weight lifting / body sculpting gets enougth coverage on TV . Maybe a opening there insted of yoga with Cat Deeley (yummy)..weights with KK 3 day split routine in front of your telly all you need is a set of barbells and dumbells .....
For the pro Vital how would one take them if on nights ? just swap the tablets round from am to pm ? or carry on as normal take the am tablets in the morning just before you go to bed and the afternoon ones when you wake up ? or are they taken that way because of the release into your body when you are awake ...if you get my jist ?
ta again

kk - Yes you are right mate, I do a lot of hours and I have to pinch myself a lot of times. Did a bit of a thing yesterday with Gordon Ramsay, he came to the gym and we spoke about Ricky Hattons nutrition.
Pro Vital is a high strength vitamin and mineral formula containing added anti-oxidents and ZMA. Nutrients which adversely affect each others absorbtion and are divided into seperate AM and PM dosages. So all you have got to do is take the PM at least 4 hours after taking the AM, we say AMand PM to simplify the label. Pro Vital is the only multi vitamin/mineral formula to do this.
There were some tests in the US where some athletes had zinc dificiency even though they were taking zinc supplementation, the only explanation was that other micronutrients affected the absorbtion.
