Hi there i train at Samsons gym (used to be the weights room in eastleigh in hants) great gym lots of mental free weights and awsome machines perfect for my training, i train in and out of my chair but can do nearly all the upper body exercises....

Hows your training going???

My diet is going real well and I'm really looking forward to my first appearance as a Pro at the ukbff south coast as a guest poser on the 18th..

The UKBFF have confirmed to Dan that there will be a wheelchair class at the British Championships this year so if you know anybody who will be interested, please let them know.

"I was asked some time ago by my wife if I would be interested in delivering a presentstion at her school as a Motivational Speaker.

In addition to her teaching commitments next year, she is responsible for the delivery of a new initiative called, "Be The Best You Can Be". This is a programme run by David Hemery (ex Olympian sprinter) as an attempt to use the values of sport to inspire young people to achieve their potential.

I thought this was an ideal opportunity to share my story with the Year 10 pupils in the hope that it might inspire some of them to set themselves goals on the way to achieving whatever dream they might have. So, on the 29th June this year, that's exactly what I did.

My story demonstrates that you can achieve - despite disability - you just have to show the determination, commitment and drive to keep at it, even when times are hard. If I can do it....what's your excuse?!"
