As wide as a barn door fella.
A typical question, what is your training split, on/off season diet and what are your supplement choices.

Hi Iron Head case....

I have used many training splits over the years but the most effective I found and still use now is the 4 day split....2 day on one off and 2 day on then 2 day off then repeat.....I sometimes did include a 5th day of training as an option if I felt I wanted to do extra work on a lagging bodypart.

Typically I would start the split with chest and bi's then followed by back and traps and calves on day 2, then shoulders and triceps on day three and finally quads and hams on day 4(always preferred doing these two together).

I will post my typical diet on and off season in a seperate diet thread.....:ihih:

The supplements of choice were always CNP even before I was a sponsored athlete....I started using the products when the company first started out in 1996 and have always had brilliant results and have never had a reason to try anything else...at present the products I use are PRO-PEPTIDE, GLUTAMINE, CREATINE E2, HMB, PRO-FUEL, PRO-VITAL and for a extra kick up the ass.....PRO SLAM:prrr:
