kk - No, do not heat your protein as this can destroy the growth factors, the whole science around our protein powder is that it is low temperature processed. We are the only company to do this and this keeps all the growth factors intact.

if i heat up the water and oats and then stir in the rcover, will that be ok.
if not i will have to eat the oats and water as they are[which is just about edible]
because i only have enough time for a peptide shake before i workout,i feel i need a bit more than a pro recover after a workout and 30mins cv.
cheers for your time and opinions.

kk - The Pro Recover is designed so that it is absorbed easily, immediately after training. Normally after training your stomach is empty and the glucose polymers and fast acting proteins immediately will go into your system this way. Mixing a recover with oats will slow down the absorbtion.

kk - The only thing you can really add is carbs, so if you are in a rush, why not have some fruit. you dont have to have it with the Pro Peptide, you could take an apple on your walk.
