Scott.
I think this is the point at which you should expect a flurry of PMs from IronHeadCase.

'I get asked to do some great things as a result of a job i did 8 years ago! As i fall steadily down the alphabetical list towards Z (some may say I reached that a long time ago!) the invites have become a lot less interesting . Sunday 27th of September however was an event I was more than happy, in fact, honoured to attend. The venue was Leeds town hall and the event, the ‘North West UKBFF’ qualifier for the British championships.

As life long fan of bodybuilding it was great to be asked to emcee the entire event. I was booked to stand in for regular emcee, our very own Kerry Kayes. Kerry couldn’t attend as he told the organisers he was at the Olympia in Vegas , I later found out he just couldn’t afford the petrol in his Bentley! To those of you not acquainted with the noble sport, just a bit of background…. A bodybuilding show consists of pre judging earlier on in the day, where the competitor’s physics’ are assessed for mass, symmetry, and definition. Later in the evening, at the main show, we get to see the athletes posing routines, and, a bit of show business razzmatazz, or so I thought!

I’ve been to a great deal of shows over the years and lately I’ve learned a lot about emceeing off the master himself, my Yoda, Mr Kerry Kayes. Taking a little bit of Kerry’s humour (not too much though!) and adding a bit of my own I floated though the evening, happily introducing the competitors and handing out the odd award. High-lights from my performance were asking for an extra big round of applause for the over 60’s winners, pointing out that they may not be here next year, and general ribbing of competitors about their tans etc. Kerry did point out afterwards I missed the gag about the over 60’s class being sponsored by Viagra! A small omission in an otherwise flawless performance I thought!
At the end of the evening I was thanked and congratulated for a good job by John and Geoff from the brilliant Flex magazine. A handful of judges then nodded in passing that I was ‘ok’ and ‘not bad’…… ‘give it a little time son, another few shows and you will get it!!!!’….. This luke warm reception got my massive, fragile ego ticking away overtime…. Did I not do a good job, have I let them down in some way???!!!!!! After pondering the situation for a least a good few seconds a realised something that some bodybuilding officials may have been missing for a good few years. It’s a sport yes, but it’s also a brilliantly silly spectacle, with vibrant colours and personalities! If we are ever going to get bodybuilding mainstream recognition we need to turn it into a show business type event in this country, similar to the way they do it in the US. So, from now on I suggest nothing less than fire eaters and naked Thai lady boy’s at every event (the lady boys are for Colin in the office at Cnp and not me by the way!)

I look forward to my next invite…………………………………………….!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Scott, since your transformation challenge, have you had good feedback from the general public?

The feed back from the public has been great, i think people want to have a try themselves when they see that it can be acheived in a relitively short space of time.

Scott Wright’s 12 week diet and training plan
July 9th, 2008

Scott Wright

Scott Wright Supplement Diet Sheet

4 Pro CLA First thing in a morning.

1 Pro MR or porridge with Pro Peptide
4 Pro Vital AM Capsules
1 Pro Vital AM Tablet Breakfast.
4 Pro Lipid

1 Serving Pro GF 30-45 mins before training (when you leave home).

1 Pro Slam As you arrive at the gym.

Train 1pm – 3pm

1 serving Pro Recover Immediately after training.

1 Pro Flapjack For snack if required.

Clean Meal Chicken/fish/turkey
Potatoes/rice/pasta – lots of green veg.
Clean Meal Chicken/fish/turkey
Potatoes/rice/pasta – lots of green veg.

Pro Slam Immediately before run.

Aerobic/CV workout approx 6/7pm

1 serving Pro Recover Immediately after run.

Pro MR Half an hour before bed.

1 Pro Vital Tablet
1 Pro Vital Capsule Sometime in the afternoon or
4 Pro Lipid Capsules evening.
You can not drink enough water throughout the day. I suggest a minimum of 4 litres.

The reason there are a lot of supplements on this diet is because you can get a lot of
nutrients in a low Kcalorie environment.

If your nutrition was solid food alone then you could not afford the Kcalories to get
the nutrition required.

Always mix your Pro MR, Pro Peptide, Pro Recover and Pro GF with water.

If you want to snack you can have a Pro Flapjack or better still as much green veg you
want whenever you want.

As you are getting nutrients throughout the day in food or supplements this will speed up
your metabolism.

Great transformation Scott, well done. Keep up the MC'ing at the shows, a bit of humour goes down a treat with all the bored girlfriends and a celeb like yourself can only help the miserable sport!

Anyway.. my question is.

If you had to poke it in one of the following who would it be? Gail, Fiz, Hayley or Blanche? You can't have them all sorry, and I've already bagsied Sarah-Louise too.
