Hi guys...
As im tying the knott in August this year, i;ve decided to eat really clean until then, so i'll be in decent shape.

Sticking with unprocessed foods, eating only whole natural food etc.

Here's what my diet is going to look like from now until August. (with one cheat meal a week).

Breakfast 60g Oats made with water, chopped fresh strawberry's, 50g Natural fat free yoghurt.
8 eggs (1 yolk, 7 whites)
Glass of fresh orange juice (not from concentrate)
Pro Vital

Train at 10am, then followed by Pro Recover

Lunch 12 noon - 200g Baked Potato
200g fresh salmon fillet
4 egg whites
brocolli

3pm - 60g Oats, added to my Pro Peptide

6pm - 200g Baked Potato
200g fresh salmon fillet
4 egg whites
brocolli

9pm - MR

My cheat meal will be on a friday evening replacing the MR.

Good luck mate, Ive been trying and trying to get back into the swing of things since 1st Jan and still Im so far away its untrue, managed to see Stuart Cosgrove on Fri night and he cracked my neck and back back into normal shape !! Im back in the gym tonight hopefully through to June but the way things have been Ive just got no motivation at present and cant stop eating chocolate.

Once you get back intot he swing of things it will be easy for you mate.
Youve done it before :-)

I went gym last night, wasnt a good session and necks gone tight again, managed to avoid eating any junk all yesterday which is a first, had some proper bad cravings for stuff last night though.
