Here's the latest rumor....
Plus Fergie is thinking of bringing Queiroz back to the mighty reds, whom Ronaldo see's as a father figure.

there is no chance of this happening cos man utd simply cannot afford the transfere fee for ronaldo.
utd have got loads of money but are not allowed to spend it on transferes. if they were then they would have dramatically improved their lack luster midfield in the summer. carrick, fletcher, park, valencia all average players. giggs and scholes 35 and over. the only player they have in midfield that would get a game for their rivals is nani

I dont agree Benney and Im a Man CIty fan, I think if they wanted him back they would get him, imagine the revenue that would come in again selling stuff with his name on etc worldwide. The Glazers would take him back tomorrow I think. And you may well slate the midfield, but I bet they are up there once again maybe even winning the league !!

i would have agreed with you pre season on the midfield, but i think those players have all improved a lot, i think valencia will be sorely missed, and that fletcher is getting better every game. carrick is a bit of a liability, but parks work rate is second to none. i think the defence is the weak area really.
i think if this were to happen, it would not be at £80m, it would be a good deal less, the world is a different place now, and i just think that if the player was unsettled, and demanded the move, i think utd would get him for less than £50m.
but i just cant see ronaldo demanding this, it would be a bit of a backward step, i dont think his ego would let him do this.

i cant see utd spending over 40 mil on one player. theres no way alex ferguson beleives his current midfield is good enough which begs the question why didnt he improve it. answer - no money. i dont think theyll win the league. i wathced them at goodison last week and they look an average side apart from berbatov, maybe he will carry them but i cant see a prem title this year for them

giggs and scholes are both still class but fergi knows they cant play week in week out becasue of their age. fletcher and park and valencia are decent players but for utd's standards they are average. none of them would get near chelsea, arsenal (well maybe flethcer would get a game for arsenal), city's 1st team. flecther would not even get anywere near evertons 1st team. and the only reason valencia and park would get a game for everton is for the simple fact that everton do not have one single right winger registered on their books. carrick is average full stop
i agree that the defecne is weak too so why didnt fergie improve it? cos he's got no money. ronaldo's gonna cost over 40mil , utd dont have that kind of money
id love to see him back. he probably would like to aswell after realizing that you are more appreciated in england. but i cant see it happening

Id rather utd sign Ribery,he is slightly better looking.
Utd will finish in the top 3,but Chelsea are the team to beat..
