Winning the Overall Miss Physique at the ANB Britain 1995
Who is your favourite Bodybuilding player and why?
Gladys Portuguese was my first inspiration when I was at school I wanted to look like her and I kept photos to inspire me. Mike Quinn was one of my favourites I liked his attitude.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
When a mother came to me after a contest and said that she had been totally against her daughter being a bodybuilder but after my performance she had changed her mind.
What do you consider to be your best body part ?
Shoulders

Squats

Hack Squats

Salute of the Jugger, Gladiator and Snatch to name a few

What do you love the most about bodybuilding?
I love the universal family no matter where you go in the World you can go to the gym train and make friends. I love the feeling of achieving the end product where you stand on stage and know you have done the best you can.
What’s your long-term ambition in bodybuilding?
To keep improving.
What advice would you give to upcoming Bodybuilding players?
It takes time to build muscle but the end results are worth it keep going consistency pays of.
