Major Contest Wins:- U.K.B.F.F, west midlands championships heavy weight champion 2005 and 2006. Gravesend Classic heavy weight 1st place and over all champion 2005. U.K.B.F.F. British heavy weight 1st place and overall champion 2006 and ifbb professional
Favourite BodyBuilder and Why?:- Dexter Jackson and Shawn ray -pleasing shape no real weak points and a great posers. John hodgson- conditioning muscle maturity and work ethic. Dennis James- people say I look like him!!
Highlight of Career:-Wining 2006 British championships heavy weight and over all and mfamily being there to see it. I cried like a little girl.
Best Body Parts:- Legs are not bad and I made same good improvements on back this year.
Worst Body Part:- shoulders. I want them wider but they improving just need to work harder!!
Favourite Exercise:- big fan of squats dead lifts. I love the compound movements!! I love hard core movements.
Least Favourite Exercise:- I love them all!!! Harder the better No least favourite movements
Favourite Movie:- scare face and Ronnie Coleman’s the unbelievable!!! Get me up for a monster workout
Favourite Binge Out:- I’m not a big drunk food person but do like the odd nandos chicken in pita. But my favourite food is 150g of oats with 2 scoops of vanilla pro-peptide. Yummy
Food You Hate the Most:- Indian take away. And kebabs oh yeah not a big fan of sprouts but I eat them because there good for you.
What You Love Most About BodyBuilding:- I love the sheer diesoline of the sport. It teaches you so much about yourself. The feeling having to dig deep when dieting. I love the whole life style training and the healthy eating. The pain and ache in the muscle after training. And presenting my physique on stage.
What’s Your Long Term Ambition in Bodybuilding?:- since I started competing it was to become an IFBB Pro and now I have achieved this I want to place well in my first pro show. Then who knows to qualify for the Mr Olympia. I want to make a living out of the sport I love and promote the sport of bodybuilding in a better light.
What advice Would You Give to Up and Coming BodyBuilders?:-like my good friend Harold mariller told me to never give up on a dream. Even if you hit rock bottom never give up. This game takes time and dedication and a strong work ethic. There is no easy way!! Clean your diet up and get plenty of rest!
