| WFBB Welsh Championships 84, Juniors 2nd place. |

| Came back in 2000 WFBB Welsh middle weight 1st, EFBB British 2000 middle weight 2nd, CNP Grand Prix amateur 2000 tied for 3rd with Lee Powell, decision went to Lee, 4th. 2001 WFBB Welsh light heavy weight 1st, 2001 EFBB British middle weight 1st and Overall British Champion. |

| Who is your favourite Bodybuilding player and why? |
| Lots, to name one Dorian He’s British and he took the sport to another level even after he retired he is still putting back into the sport. |

| What has been the highlight of your career so far? |
| Winning 2001 EFBB British middle weight title and becoming overall British Champion. As well as being sponsored by CNP. My training partner Lucy Barrett also won her Pro card at the Welsh so it was the best year ever. |

| I like the whole lifestyle especially competing seeing your body change as the weeks go by before a contest. |

| To qualify for the Mr Olympia |

| What advice would you give to upcoming Bodybuilding players? |
| Learn as much as you can on nutrition, read everything you can get your hands on. Ask people advice who have been there, not someone in the gym who’s done nothing but thinks he knows everything. |
