Lathams 1st timers august 1993 (won)
Have you won any major contest ?
EFBB British overall intermediate champion 1993 & Weider newstar of the year 1993. EFBB British Middleweight Champion 1995 & 1999 (turned Professional after 1999 win).
Who is your favourite Bodybuilding and why?
Dorian Yates a true professional-champion in every way. Lee Labrada Superb shape, symmetry and presentation,(short man like me). Shawn Ray a true professional and always respectfully speaks his mind.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Turning professional and stepping on stage at the 1999 British Grand Prix alongside Ronnie Coleman(Mr’O') and other great names.
What do you consider to be your best body part ?
Quads and glutes-hamstrings
What do you consider to be your worst body part ?
Always looking to improve. Would like more lower lats thickness and shoulder caps
What is your favourite exercise?
Back rowing movements.
What is you least favourite exercise?
Biceps don’t really excite me but still put max effort into them.
What is your favourite movie?
Forest Gump, Matrix, Good Fellas, Shrek, Gladiator plus many more
What is your favourite binge-out?
Anything different from the normal bodybuilding diet. Love Sunday dinner and apple crumble.
What food do you hate the most?
Olives
What do you love the most about bodybuilding?
The friends I have made all over Britain and the World. Training and working towards improving. The CHALLENGE.
What’s your long-term ambition in bodybuilding?
To be the best I can be and hopefully inspire others. it would be nice to compete in the Mr Olympia which is my personal competitive ambition.
What advice would you give to upcoming Bodybuilders?
Be patient, to build a decent physique takes time. Following a quality diet and being constant is the key. There are no quick fix solutions as people are made out to believe, just hard work and dedication is what it takes to be a successful bodybuilder.
