| The way Jay Cutlar and Shaun Ray approach bodybuilding as a business, creating opportunities outside the sport such as videos and marketing themselves, which I learnt is everything! I hope to adopt these theories in some shape or form in the near future |

| What has been the highlight of your career so far? |
| Hearing the crowd shouting my name every time I have competed…. Winning the Efbb British and being sponsored by CNP are all on par! |

| Chinese and Cheese Cake…… Chocolate Pro peptide in my oats, its not a binge out but I love it so much I even have it on my cheat days! |

| What do you love the most about bodybuilding? |
| Being a sport where your physique does the talking, when you up on that stage there’s nowhere to hide. I love the discipline and drive of achieving a goal that you set out months ago to achieve |

| What’s your long-term ambition in bodybuilding? |
| To turn Pro and make a living out of this sport, be a recognized face in the Bodybuilding scene, and be a well respected Professional that represents that words in everyway. |

| What advice would you give to upcoming Bodybuilding players? |
| Read and obtain all you can on Nutrition, that is the key! The is no quick way of getting BIG, contrary to what some think. It all stems from having a well balanced diet, good supplement intake, along with hard training and plenty of rest. |
