Pro BCAA contains L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine. the combination of these three amino acids make up approximately a third of skeletal muscle in the human body.Taking Pro BCAA's before and after training can increase muscle growth and improve recovery.

Take 3 tablets 30 minutes before training and another 3 tablets immediately after training.
