Serving Size: 2 tablets supplying 300mg sida cordifolia extract(standardised at 8% alkaloids). 1 tablet to be taken twice per day for the first week, then increase the dose to two tablets taken twice per day. Ideal take the tablets with food and do not take before going to sleep.
Use Instructions:

Warning: Do not use if subject to IOC drug testing, using MAO inhibitor medication (Anti-depressants), have high blood pressure, heart disease, thyroid or prostrate condition and if pregnant or lactating. If in any doubt please consult a medical practitioner.
